The purpose of this website is to introduce you to and allow you to work with the TeachBot interactive conversational based teaching solution and to work with TeachBot. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the TeachBot website in the event and to the extent that you have not entered into a separate agreement agreeing terms for accessing and using the TeachBot website or are not otherwise a permitted user of the TeachBot website. Save as aforesaid, by using the website you are automatically bound by these Terms and Conditions and, if you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you should immediately stop using the website.
Elzware reserves the right to change or delete any of the content of the website, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without notice.
Access to the Service (except for those parts that we make freely available) is only provided on condition that a Fee has been paid.
Home Study - A Fee is payable by you on an annual or monthly basis for each named individual who will use the Service. Your username and password are your access points to the Service, and are issued for the SOLE use of the named individuals for whom a Fee has been made. The Service can be accessed by the named individuals from any location.
Schools & all other users - A Fee is payable by you on an annual basis for each site where the Service is used. You are duly authorized to provide the Site username and password to teachers and students who are wholly connected to the Site, to use the username and password on that site only. Teachers will have full access to the site from any location.
An additional fee will be payable to enable students to access the Services from locations other than the main authorized site.
All Fees are exclusive of VAT which will be payable by you, if applicable and at the prevailing rate of VAT, in addition to the Fee.
We do not permit any part of the Service to be cached in proxy servers. If we reasonably believe that a user name and password are being used in any way which is not permitted by us, we reserve the right to issue a new username and password. We require you to change your password at least on an annual basis, failure to do so may result in an interruption to the service.
All Users - You may be entitled to cancel your agreement with us as set out below. You are entitled to cancel your agreement with us at any time during the period of fourteen (14) days from when we notify you that you have entered into a contract with us.
If you are entitled to cancel your agreement with us, and you wish to exercise that right you must send us your notice by email to questions@teachbot.net or by first class post to the address given. If you validly exercise a right to cancel we will refund the Fee paid within 30 days.
We can terminate this agreement at any time on giving notice to you if you commit a breach of these terms and conditions:
All intellectual property rights (including copyright, patents, trademarks, design rights, database rights and other rights) and goodwill in or relating to the contents of the website belong to Elzware or its licensors.
In particular, the trade marks displayed are or may be registered and nothing contained in these conditions or the website should be construed as granting by any means, any licence or right to use any of the trade marks without Elzware's permission.
Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. No part of this website may be reproduced or adapted in whole or in part without our express prior written consent other than under a non-transferable revocable (at Elzware's option) licence for your private non-commercial viewing purposes to the extent necessary to view the website unless other licence terms have been made be available prior to downloading any software or documents (in whatever form). Downloading may only take place if you agree to the terms of the relevant licence. All copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials must be retained on any copies of the materials.

Teachers/ parents who wish to allow their children access to and use of the Website/Services should supervise such access and use. Always use caution when revealing personally identifiable information about yourself or your children via any of the Services.
You may include a link to the Home Page of the TeachBot website in your own website or in an electronic communication. Except as aforesaid, framing and linking to the TeachBot website in any circumstance without Elzware’s express prior written permission is prohibited.
